Does anyone know of a good energy supplement?

No matter how much i sleep, im always sleepy. my boyfriend gets so mad at me because he has the opposite problem. He cant sleep. What can i buy to help me?

Your best bets are to increase your exercise levels, drink a lot of water, and eat lean proteins. This is an awesome formula to have energy all day long!

If you’re looking for a particular product, I HIGHLY recommend an antioxidant energy drink called FRS Plus (the low calorie kind), and it seriously ROCKS. Although it looks a lot like some sort of scary gym beverage, it’s packed with vitamins and antioxidants and gives you tons of energy. Drinking FRS (which incidentally was developed by one of the co-founders of the Balance Bar) when you wake up and also in the middle of the afternoon can make a significant difference in your energy levels–hopefully you will have so much more energy, be way more mentally alert, and feel GREAT! Try the concentrated kind (in low cal orange…YUM!), and add 6 -7 oz. of water, 1 packet of Splenda, and a lot of crushed ice to 2 oz. of it. It makes a refreshing, awesome, 30-calorie drink. BTW, in an effort to make sure everyone in the free world tries FRS, the fine FRS folks are giving away free 7-day supplies of it (if you pay for shipping– which is just a few dollars). (PS, I don’t work for FRS and I’m not related to anyone who does =))

Go and check your oxygen level in your blood.
    Are you overweight?
    Do you snore while sleeping?
Could it be a symptom of hepitatis B?

    See a doctor.

B vitamins. You probably should go to your doctor so they can check to see if there is a reason for you being so tired. It could be low iron or something like that. Your doctor can also give you B-12 shots to boost your energy. My doctor told me to relax 30 min prior to going to bed – no t.v. Drink some chamomile tea and read a book or listen to relaxing music. Start with getting at least 8 hrs of sleep a night. Sometimes too much sleep will make you tired.

Vitamin B-12 liquid drops… put them under your tongue and then tell me you don’t want to lift weights 60 seconds later! Any of the B vitamins, but you really need the "whole package" of nutrition and you should probably get some exercise if you don’t already – it takes using energy to HAVE energy. You won’t be running any marathons unless you "practice".

Vitamins are your best bet. Don’t use any of those energy boosting drinks cause all it is, is a really high concentrated dose of caffine, which will give you a tempory boost in energy but you will crash soon and hard, those are short term energy boosters. You should get you blood checked for iron and b12 deficency. A lack in either one of those will make yo always tired. I am iron enemic so I am constantly tired and have no energy if I dont take my vitamins.
