i dont think there IS a healthy energy drink. i heard apples have as much energy as them though you could try that =/References :
there's this new energy drink out called water. it comes out of a faucet at home in the kitchen and it really works. trust me.References :
No energy drink is healthy, mainly because it is filled with what soda is filled with, High Fructose Corn Syrup. Also, the amounts of caffeine and B12 can be unhealthy after awhile. I'd just stick to plain coffee.References :
well, i love coffee (especially iced) and im always active. im also sort of a health freak.. so after workouts or when i need a boost I drink Starbucks doubleshot. It comes in a can, and its packed with vitamins and minerals but not too high in calories or sugar. its also delicious!References :
Try FRS. Lance armstrong uses it at the tour.References :
try ginseng.
or take healthy breakfast,such as eggs,whole bran bread,etcReferences :
There is no such thing as a healthy energy drink, but you want an actual drink answer…so here is what i suggest:
Java Monster Lo-ball coffee+energy drink (100 calories, 8g sugars) or
Monster Energy Lo-carb (20 calories, 6g sugars)
Don't drink any starbucks coffee drinks or anything sobe
