I am looking for a good supplement that will give me energy and boost up my metabolism, while also working out

I was just wondering if anyone has ever tried taking the supplement "Iovate Hydroxycut Max!" for women. It is suppose to give you lots of energy while your working out at the gym and boost up your metabolism. I just want some feed back before i put this in my body. I want to know from someon that actually tried it if it works, or if it gives you any nasty side affects. Thanks!

I personally havent tryed it but my friend uses it and she loves it. She says that it gives her less of an appetite and more energy
