I would like to know if that 5 Hour energy drink works? and are there any side effects? Is it safe to use?
5 Hour Energy is that new energy shot that came out recently. It worked for me but I seen a review of some people that it didnt’ go so well for. I just wanted to know at a whole, if its safe and what the side effects are.
It’s mostly made up of B vitamins which are water soluable and are absorbed into your body quickly.
If you can get past the taste, they do work pretty well by increasing the energy levels (with the Vitamin B), and there is a slight crash.
Start with 1/2 a bottle at first if you’re worried about the affects. Likely, most of the affects are probably ‘in your head’.
Anything that increases you energy levels artificially is proabably not the best for your body.

Well from what I know all those drinks are very high in sugar and caffeine. That’s not good for you. In the long run you become addicted. I do how ever know of a natural drink called extra sharp (all natural) that will work with no side effects. Email me if you want to know more.References :
