Are there any studies on the long term negative effects of energy drinks?

i drink @ least 1 per day. not because i have to, but because i like to.

No, there have been no studies on the long term effects on energy drinks. However considering their basic contents (sugar, caffeine, water, high fructose corn syrup) they are definitely not good for you. However, no studies have proved that there will be a direct negative side effect to drinking energy drinks.

However, doctors do suggest some energy drinks over other. One highly suggested energy drink is called Efusjon Raw. It is a natural energy drink that contains acai. They can’t be found in retail stores but they do offer to pay you to buy their drink. To learn more visit http://www.buyenfusjon.com.

P.S. they taste really good. (that’s always important)

No, there are no studies on their long-term negative effects, or if there are their results aren’t published yet.

Energy drinks are very new, so there hasn’t been a chance to study their long-term effects yet.
