		<description>I do not think it is for energy but rather for problems of cognition and memory, especially where there is pathology such as Alzheimer&#039;s Disease.  
 
Vitamin B complex is good for energy - try a timed release format [in the morning] and that might suffice without having to take any herbs. But if you need something more then one of the Ginsengs or Rhodiola rosacea [another adaptogen] might help. But you should not take them long-term without a break as they might lose their effect, unless you rotate them perhaps. Or you could try Royal Jelly.  
 
For general memory and concentration:  fish oil and the herbs sage, thyme, rosemary, basil and lemon balm might help.&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt; </description>
