What are the healthiest energy drinks?
I know none of them are really good for you but some have to be not as bad as others, right? I love my energy drinks but I know often times they are bad for me. So which energy drinks should I choose if I still want to have them but minimize the bad effects that they have on my body??? thank you!
Any Sugar-free energy drink is sort of healthy because it does not have extra sugar calories in it.

Water probably is the best choice, though I'd recommend avoiding bottled water, which is usually just tap water to begin with, and avoiding fluoridated water. If you can get a reverse osmosis system, you can have pretty clean water, and passing it through a filtration system is good, as well.
If you absolutely need the stimulants provided in an energy drink, this one looks pretty good to me, but I'd want to see a full list of ingredients before I would consume it myself.References :
there is no such thing as a healthy energy drink. The point of an energy drink is to pump your body with a bit of sugar to keep your energy levels up whilst working out etc. WATER is a MUCH better substitute!References :
