I drink 2 energy drinks about a year is this healthy? Or will it cause problems?

basically what is above.

You will be fine if you do not go over 1 a day.
Claude above is VERY misinformed. Each can contains between the same amount of caffeine as one or two cups of coffee because it relies on the B vitamins in it for energy instead.

What are the healthiest energy drinks?

I know none of them are really good for you but some have to be not as bad as others, right? I love my energy drinks but I know often times they are bad for me. So which energy drinks should I choose if I still want to have them but minimize the bad effects that they have on my body??? thank you!

Any Sugar-free energy drink is sort of healthy because it does not have extra sugar calories in it.

Is 5 Hour Energy a healthy energy drink?

The active ingredients include about 500% vitamin B6, 3000% vitamin B12, Taurine, and some other things. I had one for the first time yesterday and about 2 hours afterwards I had a few hot flashes and then about 3 – 5 hours afterwards I felt like working out. I actually broke my record doing push-ups? Does anyone know anything about this energy booster?

It isn’t as bad for you as the other energy drinks tend to be but it is not quite the best. The best one that I have tried is called Blue-Rez and is similar to 5 hour energy but has a major advantage. It has resveritral and blueberry extract. If you don’t know about resveritral do a search on resveritral and 60 minutes to see a report they did early last year. Resveritral is in the skin of grapes and is what makes red wine so good for you. If you want to try some go to livinity.com/harris and click on products and then blue-rez.

what energy pills or drinks are healthy?

I’ve quit drinking, trying to quit smoking and now I’m exercising regularly, but sometimes i need a little boost to get me started. I’m getting tired of energy drinks cuz the caffeine lasts too long after the work out.
I’m looking for something healthy, or made mostly from vitamins and plants for an energy boost.
I heard that some vitamin pills are good, but i’m not sure what kinds to use.
I saw a bunch of shakes, and energy powder things at the Drug Store, but i dunno what to get. I just want it to be healthy and not so much like sugary pop.

Any energy drink is going to last well over a couple hours. You’re best bet is to take vitamin B. That’s the most natural and healthy way to obtain energy.

What is the healthiest energy drink?

Lately I have felt tired and I sometimes drink coffee but I don’t like the taste of it. I heard that creamers aren’t very healthy and I am trying to lose weight. Does anyone know any healthy energy drinks.
