healthy energy drink?
Im going to school soon and will be working krazi work hours. I need to find a good, healthy energy drink that works. I heard 5 hour is bad for you if you take it 5 days a week. Any help plz?

Healthy energy drinks?
Me and my BF are going to be hitting the gym starting November. We are going to be working out around 4am. He has to go directly to work afterward, I will be going to school and then work. I will be getting off work around 8pm. I am probably going to be needing an energy drink and i dont want anything really harsh cuz i dont like them (monsters and redbulls). I normally drink coffee but i dont know how healthy that is. Um, does anyone know any good drinks? Are vitamin waters any good? Idk… any good suggestions?
I use to do Martial Arts for many years and I can tell you I have tried many things out there and your best bet is to steer clear of all those hyped up drinks. They are full of things that have proven to not be that good for you. Sugars and other chemicals and crap.
I think you just need to make sure you are hydrated with water- sports drinks are full of sodium. Eat a piece of fruit or make a fruit shake to go or juice. if you have a juicer you can add in some veggies and fruits and make the drink for afterwards.

Absolutely not. NO. NEVER. It’s like drinking 20 cups of coffee all at once. It can cause all kinds of problems. When the caffeine wears off you crash and feel 10 times worse. Water, or flavoured water is much better for you.
