healthy energy drink?
Im going to school soon and will be working krazi work hours. I need to find a good, healthy energy drink that works. I heard 5 hour is bad for you if you take it 5 days a week. Any help plz?

What is the most powerful energy supplement?
There are all kinds of energy drinks/ powders/ bars, that are bull, and just don’t do anything. Like red bull, monster, rock star… Nothing happens when I drink that stuff. Is there something else that will actually give me a boost of energy, and give me a good quality rush? I need something that actually works.
