what are the effects of drinking energy drinks?
besides for the energy part…
not like they work anyways…..haha
so ive been drinking them a few times a week for about 2 years now and im curious as to what its doing to me.
i have also noticed that i have been starting to get little twitches/shivers usually when im cold but other times too. do energy drinks and that have any correlation?
any imput would be cool.
how many should i limit myself to weekly?
CAVITIES!!! talk about 3 weeks paycheck spent at the dentist! :S
What is the best energy drink/pill/supplement?
I’ve been looking for a daily ‘boost’ without that crash and strung out feeling. I’ve tried the red bulls, rockstars, 5 hour energy and such…. but those are pretty pricey. 5 hour energy is pretty good though (no shakiness or crash). Any other energy producers recommended? Thanks in advance.
i really like rockstar!! but there is a lot to try!! like monster is pretty good i guess a lot of my friends like it! umm…amp, full throtle… its different for everyone! they have different effects on different people! but … i dont know!!! rockstar juiced gets me really energized but there are a lot of energy drinks out there that i havent tried!! joker is good too! oo and buzzed!
How can I make an energy drink experiment work?
I have to do a science fair project and want to find the effects of energy drinks on the human body. How can I do this?

Try resting heart-rate. Have people sit down for a couple minutes, take their pulse.
Have those same people drink an energy drink. When they are finished with that drink, have them sit down for a couple minutes, then take their pulse.
Make 2 groups of data, those from people before they drink energy drinks, then the same people after. Compare the differences.
This way you will have 2 sets of numbers which can be easily measured and compared (either the average of people’s heart rates will go up after they drink an energy drink, or it won’t)
What is a good vitamin/supplement I can take before I workout for more energy?
We all have "off" days when working out. I exercise regularly about 4-5 times a week. However, the problem I have is finding the energy. I have really good days when I can run for 30 plus minutes and then I have days when I can’t run for no more than 10 minutes. I want a vitamin/supplement that will help me with endurance and energy level.
I would like something natural or organic.
Try using emergen-C. Its a natural supplement that’s has 1000mg’s of vitamin C. If that doesn;t work try eating fruit bananas,apples or oranges. If that doesn’t work you may need to change up your diet to include more carbs.
