What effects do Energy Drinks have on heart rate?

Author: If able to…can someone tell me the average bpm a human has and then how much it is sped up after an energy drink is consumed?
well i dont think one will hurt you, but if you consume too many i believe your heart rate increases. theres caffeine in them, and usually it makes your heart race. similar to drinking alot of coffee.

What is the most powerful energy supplement in the world?
I have tried many supplements such as no-xplode, monster, redbull, 5 hr energy, hoodia shot(which was pretty strong). I think the spike shooter energy drink is the craziest thing i have had to date. Redline energy drink is pretty strong too tho and will really make up pumped up. I haven’t tried redline power shot, or vpx meltdown line.
I had tried all the others and did not like them. You either had to drink a lot of it to work or they would make you bloated or both. I prefer Jack3d. It comes in a powder and you mix it with only 4 to 6 ounces of water. In about 30 minutes you are ready to go balls to the wall and are very pumped up. A sales rep at GNC told me about it and I tried it. It is crazy stuff and I will not try anything else. You can check it out at many of the supplement websites.

I know the effects of caffeine and high sugar content. I want to know what Monster energy drinks do to the rest of the body, via the other ingredients in them.

Whats the best over the counter supplement or energy drink or shot, enhancer out there?
I’ve been studying all nite cuz ive had 4 finals between yesterday and today, then I have to drive for 6 hours to help my family move out in miami, i need to be efficient in all of these things until i get to miami so I need a 15 hour boost….What can I do???
As a sensible adult I should tell you to forget about it. Driving while tired is too dangerous whatever you have taken to help. What you need is sleep.
But, as you are going to ignore the first part;
Coffee.
Seriously, a well brewed filter coffee has about the same amount of caffeine as 3 cans of red bull (and usually at half the price). Just take plenty of breaks as you drive and top up with coffee and sugary snacks and you should be fine. and that will be much cheaper than and of those energy drinks out there.
