Monster Energy Drink mental effects?

My sister has been depressed for a while and hasn’t told anyone until now. She claims that drinking the energy drink Monster makes her happy and she drinks 3 of them a day. I keep telling her to stop drinking them and to just wait until she sees a psychologist but she won’t listen to me. What’s causing her to feel happy? Is it all in her head?

The drinks may make her believe that since she feels physically energized, they can also help to mollify her negative thought processes, but, in fact, she is only numbing her emotional responses.

She is only suppressing her feelings, rather than acknowledging them in order to release them.

what are the side effects of energy drinks?

and which energy drink product is safe for health?

well energy drinks are of course full of vitamin b,taurine, and cafine. those are the ones that effects you the most. too much vitamin b in a diet is unhealthy as it slows down the ability to absorb other things. Taurine is found naturally in our bodies and in some foods, such as seafood and meat. It is believed to play a role in muscle contraction and may detoxify and cleanse the body of harmful substances, though there are no definitive scientific studies confirming this, and cafine increases heart rate and blood pressure, and can cause dehydration and prevent sleep.
